Senior Data Scientist (AI Research & Reliability)

What you will do

• Translate customer and business needs into scalable AI solutions with Product and Engineering teams.
• Design, build, and evaluate sub-agents, tools, retrieval, and memory systems for hirify.global AI Agents.
• Analyze large-scale conversation data and develop NLP- and LLM-based approaches for understanding intent and human interaction nuance.
• Build Python pipelines for proprietary datasets, model training and evaluation, and production integration of LLM-powered solutions.
• Design experiments and proof-of-concepts that guide product and architectural decisions.
• Improve AI quality, reliability, and user impact across millions of customer interactions.

Requirements

• M.Sc. in an exact science field.
• 3+ years of industry experience in data science or machine learning, including hands-on AI and NLP solutions.
• Familiarity with RAG, fine-tuning, agentic workflows, and LLM evaluation methods.
• Strong Python skills and experience with machine learning and data libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch, Transformers, or LangChain.
• Experience designing experiments, analyzing results, and applying findings to product improvements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
