What you will do

• Disburse build kits and verify component health for production work orders.
• Assemble, disassemble, test, inspect, and rework electro-mechanical assemblies, fuel injectors, electric motor assemblies, automotive sensors, and wiring harnesses.
• Use bespoke test equipment to diagnose and troubleshoot electronic products and mechanical assemblies.
• Read and follow engineering drawings, assembly drawings, wire lists, schematics, and written process documents.
• Update electronic build books with component information, parts issuance, maintenance, delivery records, and mileage-limit confirmations.
• Meet production schedules in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Soldering certification such as J-STD-001 or IPC-A-610.
• Technical or vocational training in basic electronics, or equivalent work experience.
• Hands-on soldering experience with through-hole and surface-mount components.
• Knowledge of IPC-A-610, IPC J-STD-001, IPC/WHMA-A-620, or equivalent military standards.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access; ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience assembling motorsport wiring harnesses and harnessing components.
• Knowledge of Mil-Spec connectors and associated tooling.
• Testing, diagnosis, and troubleshooting experience.
