TL;DR
Contracts and Pricing Strategy Lead (Aerospace): Structuring, pricing, negotiating, and executing strategic agreements for U.S. Government, international government, and commercial customers with an accent on government acquisition, complex commercial negotiations, and regulated-market deal structures. Focus on developing contracting playbooks, shaping acquisition strategies, and aligning pricing mechanics, regulatory constraints, and customer requirements across high-value transactions.

Location: On-site 5 days per week in Torrance, California, or Washington, D.C.

Salary: $150,000–$225,000 per year, plus equity, discretionary performance bonuses, and benefits.

hirify.global is a space infrastructure company building a global network of phased-array ground stations for real-time satellite communications, including national security, connectivity, and disaster-response missions.

What you will do

  • Own contracting and pricing strategy across U.S. Government, international government, and commercial opportunities.
  • Structure and negotiate complex agreements for direct sales, strategic partnerships, channel relationships, and government programs.
  • Partner with business development, legal, finance, and leadership on deal structures, pricing approaches, acquisition strategies, and contract terms.
  • Help convert pipeline opportunities into executable paths to award.
  • Build internal playbooks, templates, and negotiation frameworks for recurring contract and pricing scenarios.
  • Support proposal, capture, and partnership efforts with contract, pricing, and deal-strategy guidance.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in contracts, pricing strategy, deal strategy, government acquisition, or complex commercial negotiations.
  • Experience structuring and negotiating complex government, commercial, and partner-driven transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. Government contracting frameworks, including FAR, DFARS, and OTAs.
  • Ability to work on-site in Los Angeles or Washington, D.C., five days per week.
  • Must successfully obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance as a condition of employment.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain the authorizations required under ITAR.

Nice to have

  • Experience as a U.S. Government Contracting Officer, acquisition professional, or government contracts leader.
  • Experience in aerospace, defense technology, infrastructure, or enterprise technology.
  • Experience with international government business and cross-border contractual arrangements.
  • Experience with OTAs, IDIQs, GSA-based procurement, teaming agreements, and subcontracting structures.
  • Active security clearance or ability to maintain or obtain one.
