What you will do
- Identify, develop, and execute strategies to grow Space Division revenue with the DoW, including USSF and the Intelligence community (e.g., NRO).
- Coordinate with internal capture teams, engineers, and proposal managers to develop competitive bids that meet strict technical and security standards.
- Maintain awareness of emerging space and intelligence program requirements, budget allocations, and the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with primes, subcontractors, and technology partners to pursue joint bids in the classified space sector.
- Serve as the primary customer interface, resolve customer concerns, and build long-term customer business relationships.
- Provide timely and accurate CRM inputs to ensure CRM accuracy and maintain opportunity/forecast tracking.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Bachelorβs degree (BS) in an Engineering or Business field; or 8+ years of military experience in space or missile defense systems with progression into leadership roles.
- Minimum 7 years of business development experience; experience with USSF, NRO, or related agencies preferred.
- Understanding of DoW acquisition processes and contract vehicles (e.g., IDIQ, OTA, GSA), plus experience with cross-agency joint missions and classified projects.
- Ability to access US export-controlled information (ITAR) and manage through influence without direct line reporting.
- Ability to travel locally/regionally up to 50% of the time.
