Application Delivery Lead, Manufacturing & Quality Systems (MES)

Location: Based at the Battery Plant in Liberty, North Carolina; residence within a commutable distance is required.

What you will do

• Lead engagement with Manufacturing and Quality Operations stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, process mapping, and current- and future-state workflow analysis.
• Document business requirements, use cases, functional specifications, and user stories for manufacturing and quality application modules.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and solution architects to align application design and implementation with business needs.
• Validate application configurations through functional reviews and UAT support, and review end-to-end quality test cases.
• Identify process standardization opportunities, maintain requirements traceability, and support Agile delivery activities, training materials, SOPs, and user guides.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of business analysis experience, including 3 or more years supporting manufacturing or quality systems.
• Experience capturing application requirements and understanding business application architecture and design.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes, including defect tracking, non-conformance management, and SPC.
• Experience documenting business processes and functional requirements for enterprise applications.
• Experience with MES/MOM systems, with Siemens OpCenter preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive or battery manufacturing environments.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement experience.
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps for requirements management.
