Director, Delivery & Release Management, Digital Product Operations

Location: Remote - USA, aligned to core EST hours. Candidates near hirify.global offices may choose fully remote or hybrid work with office attendance on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Occasional business travel is required, approximately 5–7 times per year.

Salary: $88,000–$145,000 annually.

What you will do

• Define, own, and drive adoption of the end-to-end release management process across Digital Product.
• Coordinate feature intake, release planning, documentation, launch readiness, post-launch reviews, and integrated release calendars across SAT Suite, AP, CLEP, ACCUPLACER, and Bluebook platforms.
• Own platform user acceptance testing, including planning, issue triage, status reporting, and final launch sign-off.
• Establish scalable UAT standards that complement engineering and technical testing while validating user, performance, and accessibility requirements.
• Surface cross-team dependencies, milestone risks, capacity constraints, and delivery progress for leadership.
• Coordinate annual capitalized software reporting with Finance, Product, and Technology teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product operations or product management within a digital product or SaaS environment, focused on delivery and release management.
• Experience owning release management and UAT processes across multiple concurrent product teams.
• Experience leading change management and adopting new ways of working across teams.
• Deep familiarity with Agile delivery practices and product management tooling.
• Ability to lead through influence, build cross-functional alignment, and communicate clearly with Product, Technology, Design, and go-to-market stakeholders.
• Authorization to work in the United States for any employer is required.
