Account Manager – Electronic Warfare and Spectrum Monitoring (Aerospace and Defence)

What you will do

• Grow market share for Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance systems in Canadian aerospace, defence, and critical infrastructure segments.
• Develop and manage the sales funnel and forecast, identifying and qualifying new electronic warfare and spectrum monitoring opportunities.
• Build campaign strategies, pricing approaches, and teaming arrangements to improve win rates.
• Prepare marketing materials, customer RFI responses, proposals, and quotes.
• Collaborate with defence, security, critical infrastructure sales, and program teams.

Requirements

• Relevant BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or 5+ years of mission execution in spectrum management, electronic warfare, or intelligence.
• Experience with Canadian government acquisition processes, regulations, and program requirements.
• Established relationships within the Canadian government and related contracting community.
• Technical or program management experience with terrestrial or space-based spectrum monitoring and electronic warfare systems.
• Strong business development, marketing, customer-requirements analysis, communication, and sales-project management skills.
• Canadian citizenship and eligibility to receive a security clearance are required. Functional English is essential.

Nice to have

• Prior military experience in communications, electronic warfare, intelligence, or spectrum monitoring.
• French language skills.
