What you will do

  • Manage and grow assigned key customer accounts, including retailers, distributors, and e-commerce partners.
  • Develop and execute annual account plans, including sales targets, promotional calendars, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships with buyers and category managers.
  • Drive sell-in and sell-through performance by analyzing sales data and forecasting demand.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure optimal product availability and brand execution.
  • Lead negotiations on pricing, promotions, and merchandising while protecting brand equity.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in account management or channel sales, preferably in consumer electronics or gaming.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in retail or e-commerce environments.
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian retail landscape and distributor-led models.
  • Fluency in English is required; French language skills are an asset for supporting Quebec customers.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to build and influence senior-level customer relationships.
