Payment Analyst (Automotive)

What you will do

• Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to vendor payment processes.
• Research and resolve payment timing, non-payment, invoice, and purchase order matching issues.
• Upload and enter invoices, clear Global Netting transactions, and process payment voids and reissues in SAP.
• Research and resolve Ariba-to-SAP interface errors.
• Work with purchase order owners and suppliers to resolve aged Ariba purchase order exceptions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, accounts payable, finance, or a related area.
• Experience analyzing large data sets and implementing process improvements.
• Strong problem-solving, customer service, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, macros, and pivot tables, plus experience with financial systems.
• Must have the right to work in the United States without current or future hirify.global immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• CPA or MBA.
• SAP S/4HANA or Ariba experience.
• Automotive industry experience.
