What you will do

• Prepare and post journal entries and support month-end close activities under established controls and timelines.
• Perform account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and escalate issues when needed.
• Review and process sales orders according to financial policies, approval requirements, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and other functions to resolve order-processing issues and maintain accurate financial information.
• Assist with audit requests and compliance documentation.
• Learn and apply company policies, finance systems, and accounting best practices.

Requirements

• Experience in finance, accounting, a co-op, internship, or similar role is preferred.
• Foundational knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and reconciliation processes.
• Working knowledge of Excel, including formulas, lookups, and pivot tables.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities with guidance.
• Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
• Proactive learning mindset and sound judgment.

Nice to have

• Exposure to NetSuite or Oracle financial and ERP systems.
• Exposure to Tableau, Power BI, or other data-visualization tools.
