Senior / Staff Technical Program Manager - End-to-End Features (Autonomous Vehicles)

What you will do

• Translate corporate strategy and milestones into detailed end-to-end feature roadmaps, schedules, deliverables, and presentation materials.
• Manage on-time delivery of a portfolio of cross-functional programs spanning vehicle, autonomy, hardware, software, and operations.
• Define milestone deliverables and completion benchmarks with participating teams.
• Build dashboards and reports covering program status, risks, issues, and accomplishments.
• Lead issue resolution and mitigation processes, escalating blockers when necessary and driving open issues to closure.
• Partner with engineering, product, PMO, and department leaders to communicate decisions and coordinate execution.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering or program management.
• Deep familiarity with software, hardware, integration, or automotive development processes.
• Strong experience managing complex cross-functional projects and product development from ideation through production.
• Ability to maintain a strategic perspective and communicate clearly and concisely with different audiences.
