Program Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Manage large and complex task orders involving enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and network modernization.
• Lead communication and coordination with government contracting officers, task managers, contractors, and customer stakeholders.
• Build and maintain integrated master schedules, staffing plans, risk and issue plans, program metrics, dashboards, and status reports.
• Coordinate integration and interoperability across multiple technical teams, systems, and applications.
• Lead technical interchange meetings, program reviews, and in-progress reviews while driving issue resolution.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, contract deliverables, service-level agreements, budgets, resources, and cost control using Earned Value Management principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or managerial discipline.
• PMP certification required; PgMP or ITIL certification is preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience managing large-scale federal programs or IT modernization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of DoD acquisition processes, program lifecycle management, and cybersecurity frameworks, including RMF and DoD 8140/8570.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams in complex, secure environments, with strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
