Senior Manager, Transformation (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Define and execute enterprise transformation roadmaps aligned with global growth objectives and highly automated operations.
• Lead high-priority programs across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance, IT, and Legal, including Opportunity to Order, P2P Modernization, and Parkplace Transformation.
• Manage a transformation project manager and oversee delivery against requirements and operational milestones.
• Map complex processes, identify bottlenecks, redesign workflows, and improve operational agility.
• Drive AI-powered solutions and self-service tools while maximizing the value of existing ERP and CRM systems.
• Establish KPIs, manage go/no-go readiness, and oversee UAT, data cleanup, cutover, communications, and change enablement.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of progressive experience in project management, strategy development, or business transformation.
• Experience preferably gained in a global technology or cybersecurity organization.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity operations, IT, digital trends, change management, and strategic planning.
• Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems such as SAP and Salesforce/CPQ, AI capabilities, and Jira or similar transformation tracking tools.
• Strong data presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence executive leaders and technical teams.
• Experience motivating cross-functional teams and managing external vendors or contract workers.
