Program Manager/Technical Lead

Location: Remote with periodic onsite support and occasional travel

What you will do

• Lead multiple USAF customer projects and technical workstreams.
• Manage scope, schedules, costs, risks, staffing, dependencies, compliance, and delivery performance.
• Provide technical leadership across software, infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity teams.
• Lead Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD initiatives and recommend modernization strategies.
• Oversee Red Hat Linux, Microsoft Windows, VMware, and cloud environments.
• Conduct executive briefings, stakeholder reviews, and program status communications.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program management, technical project management, software development programs, IT initiatives, or systems engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• PMP or Certified ScrumMaster certification required.
• Experience managing Agile software development teams and implementing DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with enterprise infrastructure, cloud-hosted environments, Red Hat Linux, Microsoft Windows, and VMware.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance and successfully pass drug and background checks.

Nice to have

• SecurityX (CASP+), CGRC/CAP, DAWIA Program Management Practitioner, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or ITIL Foundation certifications.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, GitLab, GitHub, ServiceNow, AWS, Azure, Power BI, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
• Experience with geographically distributed teams, federal or Department of Defense contracts, software sustainment, modernization portfolios, budgeting, forecasting, and organizational transformation.
