What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of tactical equipment-related capital projects using established project management practices.
• Define equipment specifications, requirements, and designs with cross-functional manufacturing teams.
• Provide equipment subject matter expertise and technical support for larger projects led by project managers.
• Develop commissioning, FAT, SAT, and qualification documentation and support equipment validation activities.
• Identify, evaluate, and justify new equipment technologies and capital projects for site and network-wide manufacturing use.
• Maintain project schedules, report progress, manage risk forecasting, and lead capital work for new product development projects.

Requirements

• Mechanical or Chemical Engineering degree preferred; alternatively, five years of technical manufacturing experience with a high school diploma or GED.
• Three to five years of experience in a production environment.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver mechanical solutions that support operations and resolve issues.
• Ability to apply structured problem-solving, assess data, and develop actionable solutions.
• Project management, team leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without immigration sponsorship or support.
