Maintenance Manager (Manufacturing): Leading site maintenance for production equipment, facilities, and industrial operations with an accent on reliability, preventive maintenance, automation, and safety. Focus on reducing downtime, managing CAPEX and maintenance budgets, developing technical teams, and solving complex mechanical, electrical, and operational issues across a 24x7 manufacturing environment.
Location: Onsite in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, United States. The schedule is 10 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with occasional night and weekend support and emergency coverage for 24x7 operations.

What you will do
- Lead and prioritize daily maintenance activities across production equipment, facilities, and plant operations.
- Manage preventive maintenance, TPM schedules, calibration, and follow-up on missed activities.
- Oversee mechanical, electrical, automation, and software-related breakdown resolution to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
- Coordinate equipment installations, capital projects, suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
- Manage maintenance budgets, material spending, forecasts, and capital expenditure proposals.
- Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team while monitoring KPIs, safety, quality, and continuous improvement actions.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of progressive maintenance experience in a manufacturing or plant environment.
- Strong plant-level maintenance experience with proven team leadership in an industrial setting.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems, including breakdown troubleshooting.
- Experience with maintenance systems and ERP tools such as SAP, plus Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Leadership skills for coaching teams, managing priorities, and collaborating cross-functionally.
- A technical degree in engineering, automation, electrical, mechanical, or a related field is preferred; equivalent hands-on experience may be considered.
Nice to have
- Experience with CAPEX planning, capital projects, equipment installations, and supplier coordination.
- Experience with root cause analysis, risk assessments, corrective action plans, ISO, and TPM practices.
