Maintenance Manager (Engineering)

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

What you will do

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure high equipment reliability.
• Supervise mechanical and electrical workshops, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment failures to define corrective actions.
• Manage spare parts forecasting and purchasing plans to support cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure production continuity.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, GMP, ISO, FSSC 22000, and internal policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance management within a multinational manufacturing company.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and automation systems.
• Proven experience in preventive and predictive maintenance and root cause analysis.
• Experience in maintenance budget control and spare parts management.
• Solid people leadership and cross-functional communication skills.
