Ramp Process Engineer (Test and Optical Metrology)

Location: Singapore, North. The role requires travel between Southeast Asia and the USA for up to 50% of the time. Relocation is not available.

What you will do

• Support the setup and ramp of a next-generation semiconductor manufacturing line.
• Review existing R&D processes and transfer process knowledge to the pilot production line.
• Create checklists covering process and material transfer requirements.
• Coordinate with R&D, production process, integration, operations, and hardware teams to meet HVM launch timelines.
• Track schedules, deliverables, risks, and production milestones for technology transfer.
• Coordinate training and support Optical Metrology and Optical Testing tool and process qualifications at the HVM site.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and industry standards.
• Experience with Optical Metrology and/or Optical Testing.
• Ability to track deliverables and drive them to completion.
• Comfort working across time zones with remote teams and supporting factory-side execution.
• Flexibility to travel between Southeast Asia and the USA up to 50% of the time.
• Additional relevant experience may qualify candidates for a Senior or Principal equivalent role.
