What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy large-scale distributed AI applications supporting customer self-service across voice, IVR, and chat.
• Build and optimize multi-agent systems for intelligent decision-making, automation, and improved customer experience.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI/ML solutions with engineering, product, and data science teams.
• Design architectures and microservice-oriented systems with extensible REST APIs.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, performance, testing, monitoring, and continuous delivery.
• Evaluate AI and distributed-systems research and bring applicable approaches into production.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software development experience with Python or Java frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, and programming in Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience deploying AI or machine learning models, including LLMs, in production environments.
• Strong background in large-scale distributed systems, architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
• 3+ years of experience with architecture and design, and 3+ years with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service.
• Experience with microservices, REST APIs, continuous delivery, infrastructure as code, PowerShell, Azure Portal, and application monitoring.
