What you will do

• Debug complex software products through systematic testing and maintain quality standards.
• Test software code and enhancements with limited supervision.
• Analyze and document test results, standards, and procedures.
• Evaluate test results, identify regressions, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with development engineers to resolve software problems.
• Execute and technically support software test projects involving scientific computation, data acquisition, and data processing.

Requirements

• Conceptual and practical expertise in software quality assurance and testing.
• Knowledge of testing best practices and how software quality integrates with related disciplines.
• Ability to solve complex problems using information from multiple sources.
• Ability to explain difficult information and build consensus with stakeholders.
• Willingness to work onsite in Santa Clara, California.
