Salary: $127,000–$158,700 per year, plus bonus or variable incentive pay

What you will do

• Build and lead a team of quality engineers in an Agile environment.
• Drive adoption of effective testing technologies, tools, and quality engineering practices.
• Partner with product owners, scrum masters, and technical leaders to define clear, testable features.
• Improve quality metrics and KPIs for the Performance Engineering Suite.
• Enable rapid delivery of reliable software functionality to customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional software testing experience.
• Experience leading quality engineering teams in an Agile environment.
• Experience testing software systems using multiple programming languages.
• Experience developing behavior tests with Gherkin.
• Strong problem-solving, attention-to-detail, software methodology, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with C# and C++.
