What you will do

• Review user requirements and functional designs to ensure they are testable, and participate in design meetings.
• Develop test plans, scripts, and procedures; create test data to simulate real-world scenarios.
• Execute tests across functional, integration, and performance levels; log deviations and track incident resolution.
• Provide status reports and testing support to project teams and business stakeholders.
• Assist with planning, estimating, and scheduling testing phases; monitor test progress using industry-standard tools.
• Identify opportunities for test automation and learn internal test management and automation tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• At least 6 months of professional experience in an IT or business environment.
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail; effective oral and written communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with test management tools (e.g., ALM, Jira).
• Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• ISTQB or other industry-recognized certifications.
