Auto Damage Adjuster (Field)

Location: Concord/Manchester, New Hampshire, United States; not a remote role and work is required in the listed territory. The position may involve field, in-office, and limited remote work depending on business needs.

Salary: $69,700–$88,663 annually, or $34.60–$44.01 per hour. A separate annual salary guideline lists $34.60–$53.93 per hour-equivalent range depending on experience, education, training, location, and business considerations.

What you will do

• Inspect and assess motor vehicle damage.
• Handle complex auto damage claims using technical and industry knowledge.
• Settle claims promptly and accurately.
• Deliver responsive customer service throughout the claims process.
• Apply sound judgment, attention to detail, and decision-making skills.

Requirements

• At least 12 months of auto damage experience.
• Motor Vehicle Damage Adjuster or Appraiser license required.
• Valid driver’s license meeting company underwriting guidelines.
• Ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer, mechanical aptitude, multitasking, communication, and customer service skills.
