Fleet Maintenance Advisor (Automotive)

Salary: $45,818.00–$76,364.00 per year

What you will do

• Analyze vehicle maintenance and repair requests from external providers.
• Advise field operations on cost-effective repair and service decisions.
• Create and accurately enter maintenance work orders in the fleet maintenance system.
• Authorize supplier payments, issue purchase orders and virtual cards, and reconcile billing.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance history in the enterprise asset management database.
• Administer and negotiate vehicle warranty claims across the enterprise.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience with fleet maintenance, dealerships, or service centers.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of maintenance policies, procedures, and processes.
• Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing skills are required.
