What you will do

• Manage a team of mid- to senior-level software engineers and provide guidance on complex technical challenges.
• Plan, develop, and deliver multiple software projects while maintaining timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering work with business objectives.
• Drive improvements in code quality, testing, deployment, and software development practices.
• Conduct performance evaluations and mentor engineers in their professional development.
• Support strategic planning, resource allocation, and technology investment for the software engineering department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience, including at least 2+ years in management or leadership.
• Expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to work remotely in the United States.
• Ability to operate computer equipment and perform sedentary office work, including occasionally lifting or moving up to 25 lbs.
