What you will do

• Manage, mentor, and develop a globally distributed software engineering team.
• Lead the evolution of the civil engineering software portfolio and drive organizational transformation.
• Deliver highly available, scalable, and performant cloud services.
• Own code quality, maintainability, testing, release readiness, defect management, and product stability.
• Use telemetry, customer feedback, and engineering insight to guide product strategy and prioritize investments.
• Partner with Product Management, UX, Quality Engineering, and senior leadership on major initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years of technical experience and 2+ years managing globally distributed software teams.
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, collaborative leadership, and coaching skills.
• Curiosity and adaptability toward evolving tools, technologies, and industry trends.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid or in-office arrangement in Exton, Pennsylvania, with minimal travel.
