What you will do

• Manage, mentor, and develop a globally distributed software engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Drive the delivery of highly available, scalable, and performant cloud services.
• Champion the transition to an Empowered Teams organizational model and promote modern engineering workflows.
• Oversee release readiness, defect management, and ensure high standards for code quality and product stability.
• Utilize telemetry, data, and customer feedback to guide product strategies and prioritize engineering investments.
• Partner with Product Management, UX, and Quality Engineering to align on product strategy and delivery goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum of 3+ years of technical experience.
• 2+ years of proven leadership experience managing globally distributed software teams.
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, and collaborative leadership skills.
• Coaching-oriented mindset with a passion for team and individual development.
