Engineering Manager (Golang)

Location: Worldwide; remote work or work from one of the offices. Relocation support is available to hubs in Cyprus, Serbia, Georgia, or Spain for employees and their families.

What you will do

• Lead the Telesales engineering team, manage delivery, and prioritize business-driven features.
• Develop engineers through feedback, mentoring, career support, and performance management.
• Oversee team performance and ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business goals.
• Shape the architecture, design, and implementation of backend services in Golang.
• Contribute to implementation when needed and validate technical solutions.
• Help evolve web tools, telephony capabilities, lead call strategies, agent performance evaluation, and a future platform based on the team's solution.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience managing engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Go developer.
• Strong technical background with experience participating in architectural discussions and evaluating technical solutions.
• Experience with hiring, employee development, performance management, delivery management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to operate with loosely defined business requirements, set priorities independently, and justify decisions clearly.
• English at B1 level or higher for communication with an international team.
