Salary: $161,000 – $221,500

What you will do

• Act as a hands-on technical leader for a small engineering team designing and deploying core product functionality.
• Manage, scale, and develop the engineering team.
• Collaborate with product, data, and behavioral health specialists to align technical work with business needs.
• Ensure adherence to high quality, security, and software development best practices.
• Lead the development of a new vertical serving health plans and health systems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of overall experience, including 2+ years in management.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or a related technical field.
• Experience developing enterprise or consumer web applications.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Strong project management and communication skills across diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies, specifically LLMs and agentic development.
• Prior startup experience.
