Technical Solutions Consultant - SiteDocs (APAC)

Location: Australia (APAC); the role is hired through Bluebeam's Australian entity.

What you will do

• Implement and optimize SiteDocs solutions and add-ons for customers and partners.
• Provide advanced technical consultation, implementation, and support beyond standard product training.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot reporting dashboards, workflows, and data visualization widgets.
• Develop and support API and webhook integrations between SaaS systems.
• Work with internal team members to deliver projects and achieve successful customer outcomes.
• Identify additional customer needs while supporting satisfaction, retention, renewals, and product expansion.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven customer support or other relevant experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills, with the ability to teach and present technical concepts clearly.
• Experience with data analysis, information systems, reporting dashboards, and data visualization widgets.
• Experience with low-code automation environments such as Make.com and familiarity with API and webhook integrations between SaaS systems.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, collaboration, and independent-working skills.
