TL;DR
Technical Consultant (REST APIs): Implementing and configuring cloud-based spend management integrations with customer ERP systems, REST APIs, SaaS applications, data capture solutions, and EDI invoice imports with an accent on system integration and best-practice configuration. Focus on deploying ERP integrations, guiding customers through API usage, documenting handovers, and supporting international projects across North America time zones.

Location: Tunis, Tunisia; hybrid model with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. Evening shifts aligned with North America time zones are required.

What you will do

  • Act as the technical expert within the Professional Services delivery team, collaborating with Project Managers and Functional Consultants.
  • Deploy and configure standard integrations between hirify.global and customer ERP systems.
  • Guide customers in using REST APIs and implementing system-to-system integrations.
  • Configure hirify.global SaaS applications and implement Data Capture solutions and EDI invoice imports.
  • Document setup and configuration for handover to the support team.
  • Collaborate with Professional Services, Cloud Operations, and R&D teams.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of cloud-based software integrations and APIs.
  • Previous experience implementing IT systems, preferably in cloud-based or SaaS environments.
  • Structured working approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple parallel tasks.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work evening shifts aligned with North America time zones; this shift includes a 20% premium.
  • Full-time availability for the hybrid Tunis work model.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Infor M3.
  • Solid knowledge of REST APIs.
  • Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools.
  • Background in Spend Management or Source-to-Pay/Purchase-to-Pay solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
