What you will do

• Support assigned clients and project teams delivering IRT systems for clinical trial randomization and drug supply management.
• Maintain IRT systems, oversee support processes, identify risks, and coordinate resolutions with clients and vendors.
• Lead maintenance-phase change controls and manage data integration specifications with other eClinical solutions.
• Create data review plans, FAQs, training materials, and support and maintenance reports.
• Troubleshoot escalated customer support issues, investigate recurring trends, and identify root causes and solutions.
• Contribute to process improvements, product feature development, user support, and onboarding of new staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of professional experience.
• Ability to understand technical systems and perform troubleshooting.
• Analytical thinking, creative problem solving, and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
