Technical Solutions Consultant - SiteDocs (APAC)

What you will do

• Implement and optimize SiteDocs solutions so customers and partners achieve value from the platform.
• Provide advanced technical consultation, implementation, and support for SiteDocs, Analytics, Workflow Studio, and API integrations.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot customer dashboards, reporting views, data visualization widgets, and workflows.
• Deliver projects, support project milestones, and collaborate with internal team members to achieve successful outcomes.
• Identify additional customer needs while resolving technical issues and supporting customer satisfaction, retention, and product expansion.

Requirements

• Customer support or other relevant professional experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills, with the ability to teach and present technical concepts clearly.
• Strong understanding of data analysis and information systems, including reporting dashboards and data visualization.
• Experience with low-code automation environments such as Make.com.
• Familiarity with API and webhook integrations between SaaS systems.
• Analytical problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
