Senior Account Executive, Comcast Business Sales

Base pay: $68,750 per year

What you will do

• Sell commercial Internet, Video and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses.
• Promote advanced communications solutions, including PRI, Hosted PBX and multi-location services.
• Develop a territory through cold calling, canvassing, referrals, local partnerships and organizational affiliations.
• Deliver face-to-face sales presentations and use a consultative process to identify customer communication needs.
• Maintain a qualified prospect pipeline, sales records, activity reports and a comprehensive territory business plan.
• Collaborate with technical, customer service and support teams to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of coursework and experience.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication, persuasion, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused approach, resilience, adaptability and professional integrity.
• Technical knowledge and workplace organization skills.
