Focus on leading cross-functional scenario planning, optimizing discounting strategies, and translating healthcare market and policy changes into commercialization and financial decisions.

Location: Hybrid position based in the Boston, MA office

Annual base pay: $181,140–$225,060

What you will do

  • Partner with FP&A, Market Access, Government Pricing, Patient Services, and Analytics to develop payer mix, contracting, reimbursement, and gross-to-net assumptions.
  • Lead pricing proposals and strategic Market Access business cases for the rare disease portfolio across the USA, LATAM, and Canada.
  • Conduct long-term assessments of commercial and government contracting proposals and provide recommendations to leadership.
  • Develop forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and scenario-planning analyses for product launches and lifecycle decisions.
  • Evaluate claims and rebate data integrity, payer mix analogues, specialty pharmacy performance, and hub service effectiveness.
  • Monitor pricing, reimbursement, healthcare policy, and 340B trends while coordinating cross-functional and external consultant projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or Finance.
  • 12+ years of US pharmaceutical industry experience, preferably in Commercial or Market Access functions.
  • 4+ years of experience developing US pricing, reimbursement, and contracting strategies.
  • Experience designing business cases, leading cross-functional initiatives, and influencing senior decision-makers.
  • Strong knowledge of the US healthcare system, including integrated delivery networks, specialty pharmacies, retail and mail-order pharmacies, and 340B contract pharmacies.
  • Familiarity with IQVIA, MMIT, Model N, pricing compendia, 852/867 datasets, Excel, and other reporting tools.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
  • Experience with QlikView or Power BI.
