Cost Engineer Graduate (Data Centers)

Salary: $72,000–$96,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and education

What you will do

• Attend key meetings and design reviews, monitor progress, and communicate project impacts to partners.
• Participate in site walks with general contractors, cost managers, and client project managers to assess progress and identify potential cost impacts.
• Consolidate project data to prepare detailed estimates, cost reports, and analyses.
• Maintain accurate project change management logs.
• Collaborate with the extended Cost Management team on complex client tasks.
• Monitor financial closeout across projects, including vendor settlements.

Requirements

• Degree or comparable experience in project management or a construction discipline.
• Experience with pre- and post-contract cost management across varied projects.
• Chartered status or progress toward completing chartership.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Interviews are conducted in person or virtually, with video required for virtual interviews.
