Senior Program Manager (Performance Marketing)

What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs across hirify.global and support delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Partner with senior leaders, sponsors, business leads, and stakeholders to achieve business and financial outcomes.
• Define program scope, execution plans, governance, milestones, resources, deliverables, and reporting.
• Track performance metrics, risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions across teams.
• Apply change management practices to adapt programs to evolving strategies and priorities.
• Improve program management practices and communicate status, decisions, and outcomes clearly.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading complex and impactful programs.
• Experience in an in-house program management role focused on performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition, campaign performance, marketing channels, growth metrics, and ROI.
• Experience partnering with Marketing, Growth, Sales, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work with data, insights, and financial outcomes in a commercial environment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, risk tracking, and program documentation skills.
