What you will do

• Lead and manage complex data center programs comprising multiple concurrent projects or phases.
• Act as the primary client interface, providing strategic leadership and building strong relationships.
• Oversee program governance, controls, reporting, and assurance.
• Integrate schedule, cost, risk, and change management across the program.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, including project managers and cost managers.
• Manage dependencies between design, construction, and commissioning activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager on large-scale, complex projects.
• Strong background delivering data center projects (hyperscale, colocation, or mission-critical environments).
• Excellent understanding of project and programme controls (schedule, cost, and risk).
• Experience working in a client-side or consultancy environment.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Must be authorized to work in the US or Canada.
