Integrated Product Team Leader (Aerospace Manufacturing)

Location: Wichita, Kansas, United States; on-site.

Salary: $101,450–$155,550 annual summary pay range for Team Lead (Level K), with variable compensation opportunities.

What you will do

• Organize and lead an Integrated Product Team, establishing, executing, and maintaining IPT plans and integrating them with the overall program execution plan.
• Plan IPT elements in support of the program integrated master schedule, maintain budgets and schedules, and oversee technical, cost, schedule, and quality performance.
• Manage IPT-level change control, RIO boards, technical and non-technical baselines, requirements compliance, product configuration, validation, verification, and certification oversight.
• Coordinate requirements development, build-to/buy-to packages, supplier selection and oversight, material and process qualification, and first-part qualification.
• Lead the development and delivery of end items and products across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, customer interface, risk management, affordability, and configuration management.
• Support development and sustaining programs, proposals and estimating, integrated program planning and scheduling, continuous improvement, and cross-IPT integration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience working in a cross-functional team.
• Background in engineering, supply chain, tooling, and/or manufacturing.
• Experience in the aerospace industry.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including presentation skills using PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP.
