Electrical Engineer (Semiconductor Equipment)

Location: Santa Clara, CA; onsite role with approximately 10% travel.

Salary: $80,000–$110,000 per year.

What you will do

• Coordinate procurement and assembly of electrical and electronic components and equipment.
• Identify sources for critical parts and subsystems and resolve basic technical issues.
• Design or modify electrical assemblies, layouts, schematics, drawings, and specifications of limited scope under direct supervision.
• Perform basic engineering analysis and testing using established procedures, and generate test reports.
• Prepare alpha and gamma documentation for product releases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic or moderately difficult electrical problems to support equipment performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Up to 1 year of related experience.
• Knowledge of fundamental electrical engineering theories and concepts.

Nice to have

• 1–2 years of work experience in a related field.
• Basic understanding of circuit design, technical documentation, component selection, project management, and ergonomic safety.
