What you will do

• Act as the central technical interface between design engineering, manufacturing, and field teams throughout the Product Life Cycle.
• Optimize serviceability and reduce cost-of-service (CoS) through hardware and software improvements.
• Perform complex 7-step troubleshooting and provide detailed action plans for escalating technical issues.
• Develop and deliver technical training, scripts, and documentation to the support organization.
• Manage spare parts optimization and define preventative maintenance schedules for systems.
• Conduct hands-on integration and serviceability validation for Alpha/Beta systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience, Master's with 3+ years, or a Doctorate.
• Strong knowledge of system operation, integration, and calibration.
• Expertise in complex troubleshooting and data analysis.
• Ability to travel to Beta sites for tool installations and escalation support.
