Travel Center General Manager (Retail)

Salary: $67,800–$98,360 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute travel center and restaurant business plans.
• Achieve sales, profit, operational, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Build, coach, manage, and develop site teams, including staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training.
• Maintain customer-focused operations and effective vendor relationships.
• Track inventory, provide customer service, and perform P&L analysis.
• Conduct meetings with subordinate employees and manage daily team performance.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or another service industry.
• Experience with financial results and P&L accountability.
• Previous management experience in high-volume retail.
• Strong integrity, accountability, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to create and maintain a customer-focused culture.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
