What you will do

• Develop, prepare, and interpret statistical analyses of insurance sales, claims experience, and other business metrics.
• Apply data-driven and strategic thinking to support growth and profitability decisions.
• Collaborate with analysts, supervisors, and state managers throughout projects.
• Present analyses and proposals to stakeholders to help solve critical business problems.
• Design and execute monitoring plans for new insurance product changes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of pricing or product/state management analytics experience in the insurance industry.
• Experience with tools and data used in pricing and product analysis, including EDW-C, Snowflake, SAS, or SQL.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and data management skills.
• Effective time management, communication, problem-solving, and creative thinking abilities.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
