Location: Hybrid in Paris, with presence in the office or with customers 3 days per week on average

What you will do
- Build and execute a global talent attraction strategy across research, engineering, product, digital marketing, operations, and business.
- Partner with managers and senior leadership to define roles, anticipate hiring needs, and set recruitment priorities.
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviews, candidate evaluation, offer negotiation, closing, and onboarding.
- Design, document, and optimize data-driven recruitment processes for speed, quality, consistency, and scale.
- Coach managers on candidate assessment and hiring best practices.
- Strengthen employer branding through candidate engagement, university and community relationships, thought leadership, partnerships, and events.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally recruiting for technology, engineering, or deep-tech roles.
- Strong expertise in advanced sourcing, talent hunting, and structured interview methodologies.
- Experience working in a scale-up and using automation to manage a high recruitment workload, including more than 20 interviews per week.
- Experience recruiting in demanding, international, and fast-growing environments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and delivery skills.
- Fully fluent French and English, spoken and written.
