What you will do
- Own end-to-end recruiting from sourcing through offer across Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, G&A, and other business functions.
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies in partnership with company leaders.
- Map talent and identify companies with strong talent working in the US market.
- Source, screen, interview, and identify high-quality candidates.
- Track recruiting trends and metrics and regularly report hiring progress to business leadership.
- Recommend scalable improvements to existing recruiting strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience, preferably within technology companies.
- Fluent conversational and written English.
- Excellent LinkedIn sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Strong ownership, initiative, work ethic, urgency, and ability to deliver results.
- Business acumen and commitment to a high-quality candidate experience.
