Global Talent Acquisition Partner (AI)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple countries, functions, and seniority levels.
• Recruit engineering, data, AI, product, QA, DevOps/SRE, sales, and other technical and commercial profiles.
• Define candidate profiles and sourcing strategies with hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Source, assess, interview, and engage active and passive candidates through direct sourcing, networking, and referrals.
• Advise stakeholders on talent availability, market conditions, compensation expectations, and recruitment risks.
• Lead offer discussions, improve recruitment processes, and support successful hiring outcomes.

Requirements

• Senior-level end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally with at least 4 years in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience recruiting internationally for a global company.
• Strong experience hiring both engineering or technical professionals and sales or commercial profiles.
• Experience recruiting for senior and business-critical positions across different markets.
• Strong direct-sourcing, candidate-engagement, assessment, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent English communication skills required.
