IT Systems Analyst II (Microsoft Endpoint Analytics)

Location: Bethesda, Maryland, United States; work is primarily performed in an office environment

What you will do

• Develop and maintain enterprise operational dashboards using Power BI, Microsoft Graph, Log Analytics, Defender XDR, Intune, MECM, and Jamf reporting.
• Produce executive, operational, and technical reports for endpoint modernization initiatives and customer leadership.
• Monitor device compliance, encryption, security posture, software deployment, patch compliance, vulnerabilities, and endpoint health.
• Analyze endpoint telemetry, validate reporting across management platforms, and identify trends, risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Automate reporting processes with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, SQL, and Power BI.
• Support audits, RMF activities, ATO sustainment, cybersecurity reporting, incident response analysis, governance meetings, and executive briefings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technology or a related field and at least 3 years of experience with enterprise reporting or endpoint analytics.
• Ability to obtain, maintain, and access classified information at the Public Trust level.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune reporting, MECM reporting, SQL-based reporting, Power BI dashboards, Microsoft Defender reporting, and Log Analytics.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, data analysis, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• PowerShell scripting experience and familiarity with Microsoft Graph API.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jamf Pro, Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics, or Microsoft Sentinel.
• Knowledge of NIST 800-53 compliance reporting and experience supporting ATO/RMF documentation and continuous monitoring.
• Experience supporting HHS, NIH, or other federal agencies.
• PL-300 Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst or Microsoft Endpoint Administrator certification.
