Retail Senior Analyst, Sales Analytics

Location: Oak Brook, Illinois, United States

Salary: $85,500–$139,350 per year, plus benefits, 401(k) contribution, and eligibility for a short-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional stakeholders in modeling complex business intelligence problems and communicating insights to leadership.
• Perform quantitative analysis covering sales-pipeline ROI, incentive programs, predictive forecasting, year-over-year drivers, and device-connectivity trends.
• Develop standardized and custom analytical tools, methodologies, and business processes using internal sales reports, external market data, and business needs.
• Design dashboards that present sales and device-connectivity KPIs, trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Capture business requirements and partner with IT on analytical platforms and system-integration opportunities.
• Maintain confidentiality, follow health and safety guidelines, and contribute to related projects and continuous professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field such as finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, or engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, financial analysis, or a similar function.
• Experience with data visualization using Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Experience connecting SAP Business Warehouse models to dashboards.
• Ability to integrate and manage data from multiple sources, communicate insightful conclusions, collaborate cross-functionally, and lead projects to completion.

Nice to have

• Python, Microsoft DAX, or Power Query experience.
• Experience with cloud-based data solutions such as Microsoft Azure Synapse.
• Statistical modeling or R experience.
• Salesforce.com, SQL, and ETL experience.
