Applications Service Delivery Analytics Specialist

Location: Maplewood, Minnesota, United States. Remote work is possible for candidates located more than 50 miles from hirify.global Global Headquarters in St. Paul, Minnesota; candidates within commuting distance must work on-site at least 4 days per week. Travel may include up to 5% domestic or international travel. Relocation is not authorized.

Compensation: $145,676–$178,049 gross annual compensation, including base pay and eligible variable incentive pay.

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of analytics, dashboards, and reporting solutions for Application Managed Services.
• Build data models, reporting processes, and automation for capacity planning, utilization, Jira work execution, service-level reporting, and operational metrics.
• Analyze service delivery data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to leadership and operational stakeholders.
• Maintain service performance reporting, validate contractual metrics, and prepare executive reports.
• Partner with Service Delivery leadership on governance, continuous improvement, service transitions, agreement changes, and strategic operational events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified before starting.
• At least 5 years of experience developing analytics, reporting solutions, or operational performance metrics in IT service management, program management, application support, managed services, or a similar environment.
• Experience designing and maintaining dashboards, scorecards, and reports using business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Experience analyzing complex operational data and translating findings into actionable insights for technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience working with data from multiple enterprise systems for operational governance, performance management, or service delivery.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• 10 years of experience in IT service delivery, managed services, IT operations analytics, program management office, strategy office, or enterprise application support.
• Experience with Application Managed Services, ITIL-based service management, or outsourced service provider governance.
• Experience with Jira, ITSM, Power BI, SQL, or similar reporting and analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
