Analytics Engineer (Power BI)

Salary: $68,500–$116,300 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance business intelligence and analytics solutions.
• Build reporting, dashboards, data models, and analytics products using multiple data sources and platforms.
• Partner with clients and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable reporting capabilities.
• Create and execute test cases, troubleshoot data issues, and validate pipelines, reports, dashboards, and other deliverables.
• Analyze complex datasets, perform ad hoc analysis, and identify opportunities for automation, data optimization, and process improvement.
• Document business logic, data definitions, code, test results, and solution changes while supporting iterative agile delivery.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience; a relevant degree is preferred.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• Experience developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data models with Power BI is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, business intelligence best practices, and data quality validation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms, performance optimization, data modeling, or agile development methodologies.
• Experience supporting healthcare, supply chain, or operational analytics initiatives.
