Manager, Global Supplier Engineering and Quality M5 (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Salary: $156,000–$214,500 per year

What you will do

• Develop suppliers to meet required capabilities, processes, capacity, and quality standards.
• Support supplier quality improvement through value stream mapping, Kaizen events, and supplier audits.
• Manage performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost, including annual operating plan budgeting.
• Ensure launch dates and cost-reduction targets are achieved.
• Lead employee development and improvement initiatives within the area of responsibility.
• Partner with internal customers and cross-functional departments on supply-base improvement and cost-reduction projects.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of supplier engineering, quality, and related operational concepts.
• Experience identifying and resolving technical, operational, and organizational problems.
• Ability to perform quantitative, statistical, and risk analyses.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma and continuous improvement processes.
• Ability to guide, influence, and persuade internal and external stakeholders.
• Compliance with hirify.global’ Standards of Business Conduct is required.
